Botswana and Victoria Falls is a classic combination and their proximity makes this memorable trip so easy to do.
Spend 6 nights combining the unique Okavango Delta with the Chobe National Park. Two of the main safari hotspots in Botswana. You will get the chance to view the abundant wildlife both by 4×4 vehicle and by taking to the water, by boat. Or even in a traditional Mekoro a wooden dugout canoe.
Finish your trip with two nights in Livingstone. Get the chance to visit the breathtaking natural wonder of the Victoria Falls. If you enjoy the rush of adrenaline perhaps try a bungee jump or white water rafting. If that’s not your style there are plenty of other activities to enjoy.
You will be met at Maun airport for your light aircraft transfer into the Okavango Delta. On arrival you will be met by your guide in 4×4 safari vehicle and transferred to Camp Okavango.
DAY 2 & 3
The chance to enjoy scheduled safari activities in the Delta on land and on the water.
Leaving the Okavango behind you will fly to Kasane. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Chobe Game Lodge. Being the only river lodge within the park it is the perfect location for exploring Chobe.
DAY 5 & 6
Time to explore Chobe by 4×4 vehicle or by boat on the Chobe river. This lodge is unique as it has its own fleet of electric boats and vehicles. As well as being eco friendly it is quieter meaning the animals are more relaxed, giving you better game viewing.
Time to leave Botswana. An easy drive over the border takes you into Zambia and your base at Avani Victoria Falls Resort. Centrally located this hotel allows you to access the falls through the grounds. The falls entry fee is included for all guests.
A full day to visit the Victoria Falls and enjoy some of the many activities available nearby
Time to say goodbye as you head to the airport full of wonderful memories of this special part of Africa.
