CHINTHECHE INN

The Inn is set in lush gardens with large, shady trees overlooking the lake and comprises just ten comfortable, furnished rooms each with an en-suite bathroom which all open out onto a patio and grass lawns leading down to the shoreline of Lake Malawi. The extensive grounds feature a large pool and campsites are discreetly situated in the ample gardens. There is a central dining area and bar with dining usually taking place (weather permitting) under the stars.

Activities at Chintheche Inn are varied and include excellent swimming, snorkeling, mountain biking, and exploratory trips into the nearby tropical forest. Beach barbeques are an excellent reason to relax and soak up the African sun. For the more adventurous, a trip out to deeper waters on a fishing expedition with local fisherman should not be missed.
