Kenya has a huge range of camps and lodges. They are located thoughout the main National Parks and surrounding private conservancies. Although there some larger lodges, particularly on the more basic side. Kenya is generally about small authentic tented camps.
There are varying degrees of luxury but at the heart of it all is a feeling that you are in the wilderness camping with a familiar bush camp set up. A mess tent for lounge and dining, seating around a camp fire and a comfortable en suite tent.
Some camps have honeymoon tents. More and more are offering family accommodation. But it is about enjoying the safari experience as a family not having 24 hour childcare.
