The Parks of Zambia safari is a nine night, three location, three camp flying safari visiting the most diverse wildlife parks in Zambia. starting with Kafue National Park in western Zambia with a three night in the heart of the Busanga Plains at Shumba Camp.The plains that surround the camp are rich in wildlife especially lions and the bird-life is some of best in Africa. For a stay of three nights or more a complimentary early morning balloon flight is offered.
From the Kafue you return to Lusaka for your scheduled (rather than light aircraft) flight that takes you to Mfuwe from where your transfer into the South Luangwa National Park and Tena Tena for a further three nights.. Set on a river bank, the camp looks into the park itself and you cross either via a close-by pontoon or the main bridge into the park. South Luangwa is heavily wooded in places and leopards thrive in its environment.
The safari finishes with three nights at Chiawa Camp in the Lower Zambezi National Park – set on the banks of the mighty Zambezi, Chiawi offers a superb quality of accommodation in a game rich area and a variety of game viewing activities. Water activities are a key part of the mix.
