After the rainy months of January and February, March is when the rains start to let up, especially around the coastline. Midway through the month is when the weather starts taking a definitive turn for the better. It’s during this time that hotels and tourist attractions start to open up for visitors. The temperatures are hot, between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius, but the humidity starts to lower. During March, the archipelagos start to fill up with visitors interested in the nice weather. Turtles are still nesting during this time so you may catch a few sightings.
